Where is the hair sourced from?
Our hair is sourced from Mongolia, just outside of Russia. The natural texture closely matches fine to medium density hair, making it ideal for seamless blending. Each bundle is double drawn, cuticle aligned, and made from 100% real human Remy hair.
Is your hair ethically sourced?
Yes! Our donors have the freedom to cut their hair and sell their ponytails at a price of their choice. Our scouts buy the hair according to the required texture and length that we need.
Why does your hair feel better?
Our production team decolorizes the hair in a slower process, at least double the amount of time that is the industry standard, to ensure longevity and less breakage with lighter shades. The cuticle stays intact and stays flowing in the same direction to ensure there are no tangles.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are completed and shipped within approximately 6 weeks. This timeline allows for careful production and consistent quality control.
